Mobile hearings: 600 birth certificates issued in Djambala

In one week, the court travelled to five settlements to register children.

For five days, judges and clerks sat beneath the trees, in the heart of the Plateaux settlements.

Each certificate issued opens access to national exams and, later, an ID card.
